GOOOOOOOOD AFTERNOON i've very happy today! i've lost 0.4kg! haha yay...thats like half a lb :D i'm going on holiday in like 6-8weeks and i bought my bikini yesterday a size smaller ....well not up top of course ;) (i'm being good) its pink and white and i love it! cost $80 but sooo worth it. and i bought a cute white skirt for walking around the beach. i need some sunglasses but i only suit certain types ....ahhh why is life so difficult? lol

I think we need pictures of that bikini and yes it has to be on you, but just for weight loss purpose. I want to show it to a personal trainer to see if we can help you target the areas that need toning. ;)
