Take all the old silicone out and redue it!!! In the DYI thread there are links I'm sure. Not sure if I put mine in there or not....actually I think I did. It's not that hard, just have to make sure you get all the silicone out (the old) cause silicone don't stick to silicone and you'll have another mess.;)

jeesh, sorry to hear that FEF! Did you find which part was the weak link?

I had resealed it by cutting the silicone out and cleaning and resiliconing but im talking about pulling the glass apart and even redoing the seams. is there a thread for that? i didnt see it if there was.

i need a complete redo because I think the the glass bowed and then pulled from the silicone.
 
did you have a center brace? how long did you let it cure?

it was pouring out of the bottom trim...It old and the last guy didnt take good care of it so im just going to take it completely apart and redo it so its right this time

its very old and so it has no center brace BUT its 1/2 inch glass and only 4 feet long.

I let it cure for a week and even test filled it several times in my garage.
