It must be hard but you can do it and when you do think about all the problems it wont cause!

1. More money

2. Functional Lungs!

3. Cheaper insurance (I think)

4. Longer life!

5. Being able to work on a task for more than 30 min without having to stop to smoke

6. Having no addictions...besides MFK obviously

See ya just goin' at it all wrong... Only quitters quit.
Just tell yourself, this hour no smoking, and then after 59 mins of nic'n out, have one...
Just set little goals, and achive them, then celebrate!
soon you'll be down to just one after every meal, sex, shopping, ya know, the stuff ya just gotta smoke after...
I went from 40 ciggs a day to about 5-6...;)

Well, considering I was mean to everyone, I actually got into a fist fight with a girl, and I was cooking a bacon, cheeseburger at 2am just so I could have something in my mouth, to take my mind off it ...I don't know, I may end up turning into a overweight, mean spirited, fighting machine...LMAO!!!

But I didn't quit there fore I am not a quitter. Sounds like a good way to go about it though.

Thanks guys, but for today I am still a smoker, not fat, and nice to people again. ;)
