82f in Bellevue,WA unsure if i'd rather be outside than inside with a temp of 68f lol

was 86f yesterday in W.Washington Seattle area.

86 in western washington is like 110 anywhere there isn't the humidity...
Down south here we had a balmy 92 and comfortable...
