A poly for $1300!?!?.. Really rare long fin

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I know the fish is rare but like you said a person isn't going to just walk in and buy that..

they would in my area at my LFS but it would sit for a while

No kidding, this fish is probably a 150 dollar fish at most

My 10" longfin albino sengalus was marked at $250 but they had 3x 6" longfin regular sengalus marked at $90 that flew off the shelf. No my longfin I couldn't afford to buy it and they wouldn't trade for it but a customer saw my love for it and when he came back 2 weeks later and saw him he asked why I hadn't bought it they told him I couldn't afford it so he bought it for me and told them to give it to me anonymously. It made my year

I'm in there 3 times a week at least ... They make fun of me

only 3? rookie I'd be there daily

Lmao

is this monster aquarium inc?

damn you beat me to it that is the only reason I'd go to new york

The good ol regular versions of Polys look better than long fins. I wouldnt pay what I would for a nice wc endli for that fish

Price isn’t too out of this world. These were all the rage overseas a few months ago. I’ve seen a couple, all with a 4 digit price tag. They’re actually graded as well, so for an “A” grade, the price tag grows exponentially. The same is true for platinum gars. I’ve seen them as cheap as $500 and as expensive as $5000. Side by side, you see where the extra money goes.
