As far as picture quality, no, it will have no effect. Digital pictures are just ones and zeros. It shouldn't have any effect on image transfer either. IME it either is on or off on a digital device.
Thanks Levi, but i think my camera was the exception because after it charged it transferred perfectly.. but good to know about the picture quality..thanks!!!
