A question about this big Frontosa

Not sure about the different locality specific fish but my Mpimbwe fronts have that.

Here you can see it on a male and one of the females

good looking fronts..and i quess this is perfectly normal..thanks!

That is the female calvus, male is less photogenic. She somehow gets her mug in every shot of that tank She flirts endlessly with him but they just don't seem to want to get busy. Yet...

I don't know if it is considered desirable or undesirable but the split stripe is definitely normal.

I believe the term for that type of pattern on frontosa stripes is called 'mooning'.
