No truth in this what so ever.....utter rubbish!!!
There are other examples,... rather laughable!!
Tigrinus cats (Brachyplatystoma tigrinum) attain 3 years of age then mysteriously drop DEAD!!..lol
South American Lungfish(Lepidosiren paradoxa) get to 8 years of age then guess what?...you got it!! they also drop dead!..These things are living fossils!
And one of the most common myths of all..."Stingrays are difficult to keep"
The above are in most cases "not all" caused by poor husbandry and a lack of knowledge, sure a fish can suddenly die, it happens in humans too, life can be fragile.
well i must agree wit you bro.. but here in malaysia a lot of people keep telling me that pearl have then problem.. i would love to own a pair of pearl ray for my self this is why i am checking here 1st
Well I have been keeping Pearls for more years than I care to remember, during that time I have never lost a Pearl adult or pup with sudden death syndrome, I did however lose one at work only yesterday along with a couple of Leo's, the heater stuck on and boiled them!! Thinking about it this Pearl is the "only" pup I have ever lost under any circumstances.
Go ahead and get a pair and good luck!
