I have a 120 gal tank with about 12 africans(haps, peacocks, 2 mbuna). They are about 3-4 inches each. Would a red devil get along with these guys?

I definitely wouldn't recommend it. You'd probably end up with one Red Devil and 12 dead Africans. In order to exist in a communal setting, Devils need much more room than that. Besides that, they are extremely aggressive and the Africans would be no match for one of them.

They require different water parameters too bro.

I wouldn't do it because of aggression issues, not because of water parameters. I see people mention that on here often when talking about mixing Africans and new worlds, and don't know why. By all accounts it has very little impact on the fish. How many of you have kept a mixed tank and new world- and African-only tanks for 20 years to research the impact? Not many, I bet. I keep mine separated but more for my own tastes than concerns about water parameters.

Ditto, not so much a water parameter issue as it is an aggression issue. Red devils need almost that much space when housed alone, nonetheless with 12 Africans.

I've done mbuna with CA/SA and even heated native tanks. Haps tend to take a beating but as long as the mbuna can dart into rocks they never were injured. Currently I have a breeding pair of cubans (and some xiloaensis) with a mbuna or two in a 125. No probs.

I have a red devil with some africans you just need hiding spots for the africans. they are quick enough to get away. The hap though will be toast

I think that in the long run the RD would kill the others, but you never know. Some RD's can be mild. Mbuna are real quick... I had a Demansoni that I could not catch in my old 125g with a JD, GT and a Jag... lasted about three months.
