A sad story (with pics).

I have a 3 legged cat as well, her name is Patches. About 12 years ago she was hit by a car - broke her front leg, jaw, lost a few teeth and had some pretty bad tire burns on her nose. We took her to the pet E.R. and they had to take her leg - other than her HATING the vet after that, you wouldnt have even noticed. She still caught mice and birds, beat up other cats, she even caught a bunny rabbit after the accident. Now she is getting a bit older and I am starting to worry, but when they are young it doesnt phase them one bit

Bono will do fine after he recovers. Animals adapt very quickly. I hope he recovers fast and am glad he is OK.

No really. He is absolutely freaking adorable. Poor little baby.
Dont worry. I know you feel sorry for him now, but dont. He doesnt feel sorry for himself. He'll get through it like a champ. He's so young. He'll be running circles around you guys in no time.
At least that adorable little face didnt get messed up.

Dont worry. I know you feel sorry for him now, but dont. He doesnt feel sorry for himself. He'll get through it like a champ. He's so young. He'll be running circles around you guys in no time.

It looks like Bono has what he really needs,a good home and loving family.We had a little dog years ago and while he was out in the back yard someone shot his eye out with a BB gun.

my cat was attacked by a pitbull and his leg was broken in a few places. i watched this happen and when my brother finally managed to get the pitbull to stop, my cat HAULED ASS over the fence and disappeared, even with his destroyed leg. He was panicked and in shock. he came home like two days later...
he was an orange cat, too. They are the toughest kind
I dont know what is so appealing about orange cats, they are just so special.

It is just such a shock to the family as he is like no other cat we have seen, he always crawls up on me when i lie in the couch and eventually falls asleep.
We never even wondered something like this would ever happen to him when we first got him.
But if things are looking to good to be true they usually are.
