Oh yeah, good luck to you. Remember you are a teenager you can get away with propositioning your potential client a few times over a few months. Also just for the tank Wal-Mart offers a 55 set up for 130-140 that comes with a cheap but workable light hood (comes with standard florecent bulb, you'll want a better bulb) HOB filter that could/should be supplemented with a well hidden sponge filter or two (you'll also need an air pump) and a throw away heater. I use a couple of their 29 set ups that I beefed up (all my fish, the good lights, extra filtration and most of my food comes from the LFS).
Now, if only they had a 100+ system I wouldn't have to check craigslist every other day waiting for something less expensive to come down the pike.
