wow.....always wanted eels and no i wanting them more. Just not ready to dive into the world on sw. Im assuming other than feeding time, your tank looks very motionless as if you are keeping rockings?

The eels go from here and there..... But they are motionless at times.

BUT anyone who's ever owned Monos know they never quit moving, and when they see an eel they move faster.....

Won't stay empty forever.... Just takes a bit to find fish big enough to NOT be prey items when you live in IA...... :(

It would be nice to find some big Lions....

I now have a strong urge to get a viper moray.....

Funny coincidence, Live Aquaria has a Koke for sale;

Yup that's the one I've been :drool:ing over for weeks now.... IF I wasn't heading to the airport tomorrow that thing would be swimming in my tank.....:cry::cry: I keep telling myself it's for the good of the hobby, but man those teeth.... And the fact they're tough makes this tough for me.....

If I had the money and tank I would be in the same situation. Too bad no one has been able to breed them in captivity.

Hope you get the other morays your wanting :)

Not gonna happen any time soon....

4 stunning new Marbles + More Characins = BROKE :(
Maybe by Christmas...

Only been looking for a Viper for 5+ years now. I don't anticipate finding one anytime soon. I've contacted EVERYONE and every place I can think of and I'll turn up are dead ends and empty promises..

But thanks Boggy.

Not the rarest but I got this little guy a few weeks ago...

What did you give for your dragon if $799 was too much for the Koke.... Is it a Jap or Hawaii?

Plus you just have to love the Tessy!!!!

Very nice eel! Looks like a Mexican Dragon?

My dragon was caught out in Hawaii. It was less then the Koke... There's not a very wide market for eels that are big enough to eat all your display fish, plus I bought it from the diver that was bit by it when he caught it.

Tessies are very nice.... Yours is beautiful. I hear they grow big though and can be very aggressive, good tank mates for eels of a similar nature like greens, but I think they would be a poor choice to house with a Dragon since they stay fairly small for Morays.
