Alright, so who bought this tank from under me?
http://louisville.craigslist.org/for/1029343439.html
220g set up for $500. I was supposed to look at it today and put a deposit before pick up tomorrow. I got an email this morning at 8:00 saying that someone got it last night.

Someone on MFK? Connor? JD?
Incidentally, this is the ONLY time I've ever wanted a mfk shirt. It'd be nice to wear while picking up large tanks... :D

I feel your pain, I've been there before. I'm supposed to make a pickup for something in the next week, he promised he'd hold it, and I'm hoping that what happened to you doesn't happen to me.

I'll be wearing one of my MFK shirts for sure.

Me me me me, I just drove there and came back this morning!

22 hours driving... Im soo worn out, another 2000km added to the truck :(

:P

like he said, he got tons of email, he / she might not even be a member in MFK

:D

Good luck of finding another one ^^

Second time it's happened to me in about three weeks. Last time was a leaky 125g set up for only $150. Grr!

It happens a lot...

I was suppose to pick up a 55G tank + stand and accessories today for $50, but its gone when I was about to leave the house (phone call) :(

Ever hear the old saying,
"A bird in hand, is better than two in the bush"?

Just put the shoe on the other foot...
If you were selling something, and you had a bunch of inquiries, and then a bunch of promises that never panned out, wouldn't you take the first cash that showed up...

When you are ready to look and buy, have your money and your keys ready to go do business...

Hell, don't even email or call the person. Just find out where he/she is and drive over with the cash. LOL

tanks 4 sell in dayton ,oh ex 265 for 900 bucks.

She said she wasn't going to start showing it until Saturday morning. I figured I had a jump on it when I set up to deposit today and pick up tomorrow...
