She said she wasn't going to start showing it until Saturday morning. I figured I had a jump on it when I set up to deposit today and pick up tomorrow...

tomorrow is a promisorry note,
TODAY right now is the only Legal Tender...

when she says "start showing it Sat"

you should have told her

"I'll have it set up in my house by Sat..."

The better the deal the faster you got to jump on it...
