a TV next to the tank?

ok well ill answer some of the questions.
1. im not too messy with water changes, will be using the python.
2. I don't have it up very loud at all, and not on very much, maybe a movie or 2 at a time, spread out over the whole day in my office.
3. my fish in my 16g are 3 feet away from the tank, doesn't seem to mess with them at all, although when they have fry she attacks the side of the tank for a few min then realizes it's not a threat.
4. Id love a nice new tv, ill pm you my address so you can buy it for me
