He could have a busted swim bladder allowing air to get into his abdomin. Does it try to swim or is it just breathing and non responsive? Could have paralyzed itself on the glass as well. Had a friend with a goldfish that wouldn't move. It just ate, and they had to hand feed it. I think it was paralyzed.
