A Water Change can Kill Ur Fishy's

I read about this about a year ago but forgot about it for the most part. I always use buckets of water and let it sit for awhile. I have never had a problem.

My tap water comes up from a 200' well temp is pretty stable year round

After reading a few threads, about the death of newly purchased fish especially after the owner has take such extreme precautions as feeding em neons, i began to wonder why. This is when I remmeber the embolism thing!!! Maybe weaken new fish are more prone??? Cuz most of the time the owner is wondering why his fishy died???
