Earthworms, HBH African Cichlid Attack food, massivore, shrimp raw or cooked, feeders fish, mine is a garbage can, he'll eat anything, he used to only eat shrimp tails after they had sat a day in the tank and got a little ripe, he wouldn't touch them before that.

Ide say you all have albino Mystus nemurus.
Unless some of you have any pics i have never seen an AARTC, any albino Asian ive seen is a nemurus. Which also explains the slow growth rate as they max out at about 14".
Ive had one for 3 years in a 180 and hes about 13". When i got him he was already 7-8" so yes def slow growers.
Arapaimag (i think, sorry cant be bothered checking but whoever has the 50k tank) has one in his tank and its still only around 12" im pretty sure despite the massive tank.
