I think abortion should be available in the cases of rape, incest, extremely young mothers(12-17), and if it puts the mother's life in danger.Partial birth abortion should be banned altogether.

That said, we need to just kill off all the death row inmates, life sentences, rapists, child molesters, spammers, computer virus creators, hard drug dealers, murderers, and hackers.That would help a little with overpopulation.

That excuse about sh17 happens, please.if you get drunk and drive, you face consequences.Get drunk and drop your drawers, it's the same thing.People need to grow up and start being accountable for their actions.We did all take health class right?

The **** that I was speaking of is failed birth control. People who are being responsible by taking the pill or getting the shot still occasionally get pregnant.

Like I said, it is not an alternative to birth control.

Partial birth abortion is wrong. At that point the child (which is what it is when it BREATHES) can "support" itself

I agree with you 100% on partial birth.

My bad.Truth is, it's a complicated issue regardless of how you look at it.There are a few cases where it's the most humane way to go.But thats not the norm.my wife has a friend who had 2 abortion in a little over a year.Both times it was "i got drunk".She should have been drug out back behind the clinic and put out of her misery.Before someone tells me what a a-hole I am, understand that i see abortion as murder and the mothers who have it done as killing their own children.I can understand how someone's view on what the fetus "is" can determine their view on the procedure.

BTW, I think ewurm's idea on a baby making license is a good idea.
