Craigslist. A good deal would be a 125 with stand, lights, filter, etc for 100$.

Ok thats cool, thanks for all the help. Is there such a thing as aquarium safe paint for ornaments? I have been coming up with some design ideas for ornaments such as caves and hideouts.
