Another update...

Plants are growing...and growing fast. My lace bulb is about 2.5 feet tall now...with about 5-6 leaves. I love the plant...but it just gets hidden behind all the swords...anyone wanna buy it? haha

Thanks, i like the natrual look better and im trying my best. Next project is to get some moss to grow on the wood, and some rocks or somthing in there. Dont know what color rocks would look nice with white sand...
 
Crazy tank my 55 gallon...has some mother amazon swords but my blackbelt keeps uprooting them constantly....keep up with the pics....the best looking tank i have ever seen!
 
You can keep them from uprooting them by keeping them in the pots.

Or, like me, you hate the look of the pot. Just pull it out with the paper filler inside the pot ON the plant. And zip tie it on tightly. Then clean it off by ripping out the excess paper sticking out so you cant see it when you bury it.

Thats been working and i never had a single plant uprooted.
 
Update, Took some plants out to trim them down and redecorate the tank.

Ended up with more baby amazons then i thought i even had.

If i counted right, i have about 17 baby swords that has about 4leaves +, and about 4-5" tall.
