? About my new Motoro Ray

Some know, saved a ray from the LFS a few days ago. He is doing great.
So my question is this...
How old do you think he is..

Motoro Ray
5" disk across
is 9 1/2" - 10" from nose to tip of tail...

Any ideas... Ive not had any Motoro pups yet from any of my older ones, So have no idea how old this one would be.

6 months old was the general concensus that I got from MFK on the age of my 5" disk Motoro

curious....the tail on yours looks so much longer than mine....is it common for rays of the same type and size to have such different length tails?

Working on fattening him up. He is eating good and swimming around.
So all is going great.

I would say 6/7 mths, nice to see the update and to hear he's doing good btw.

just like any other creature, they vary in shape and size somewhat.

My wife and I noticed that also. She even asked me if it was a hybrid of some kind.. Just cause he looks so different than our others did when we got them. Skin even looks a little different.
It does depend and vary from ray to ray on stuff like that. No everyone is exac alike. But ya, we noticed it also. He is the first one ive gotten with suck a long tail. Intrested to see what he is going to look like in a year.
