about to get a 150 gallons need help

It’s a tough one every one has there thing. I have 2 x 300 w heaters but my tanks are in an out building and the ambient temperature is lower than my house. As for filters I have an Ehime Bucket on one and some non disrupt bucket filter on the other both work well.

I would just run a nice size wet/dry on it. Once its up and running, all you have to do is clean it. With the HOB filters you have to shut them off to clean them. Wet/dry just pull out trays and rinse off, clean prefilters. Its just a personal preferance as to what kind of filters to use. Ask 10 people and you will get 10 different answers.
