Only at late night hours after they are done feeding. I would say it is unheard of to have a cat jump during the day.

Should I get a net or something over the pond? Can they die from the 4' fall?

Woah do carp jump? Dude get outside more naughty Lol carp are famous for jumping, also koi are carp but they are colored and dont eat the crap thats been rotting on the river bottom for three weeks. Yum
