get a pair of pliers and look at the shaft. the shaft may need replacing.

all you have to do is yank it right out. its the cheapest part to pay for. i bought mines on amazon for cheap.

yeah like i said i know i may have to buy an new impeller buy wanted to see if there was another option first. i'll check the shaft now.
