AC110 problem

I have an AC110 on my 55g and have taken out the carbon so it only runs with sponge and biomax. The problem is the plastic holder which holds the bio and sponge is bending up in the middle like an arch and pushing the bio out of the water.

Has anyone else had this problem and what did you do to fix it?

I had this slight issue as well, I just took a small rock from outside and placed it on top of the bio media to keep them submerged

might not be the best practice, but I love the aqua clear line and I use 2 per tank reverse there recommended media set up and I put the sponge On the top and rotate cleaning the sponge, 1 this month the other next month.. but the rock trick will work..
