I would say run the least expensive ceramic bio-max like product you can find and the foam. I run two ac70's on my 55 gal. with foam and double biomax......It stays crystal clear and my nitrates are less than 10ppm. Just a suggestion though........when you change or rinse the foam only, do one filter at a time and wait two weeks then do the other. This decreases the chance of losing too much of your beneficial bacteria. Especially if you have a heavy bio load(lots of fish).
