awesome. i was at work. was it crowded on Sunday? i saw on the news people were turned away. nice photos

i wished i couldve went, i was up in SF that saturday when it was free to go in,went to 6th avenue for some feeders, the staff there told me the line is 4 hrs long
so ya, i went home.... traffic was really really bad xD gotta find some other emptier time

It was totally crouded! It might be better to go on a weekday. I couldnt even visit the rainforest exibit, the line was too long and my wife could not wait.
The gar was maybe 5 ft. Hard to tell with all the people. I had to wait my turn to get up to the glass to take pictures and it was moving back and forth. There must have been 8 or 9 alligator gars in there ranging from 4ft and up, all super fat. Funny thing was there was a pair of texas cichlids with fry hanging out at the bottom.
