Sounds like you've got everything sorted so best of luck - I just hope they don't take to eachother if they can't effectively spawn, they're relentlessly aggressive in some situations.

The male is in most of the pictures. I think the aggression issue comes up more at elevated temps (closer to 90's to trigger breeding) than when they are kept at the lower spectrum of their temp range. I'm keeping a close eye on them and at the first sign of potential real damage I'll move one to another tank or it can have a time out in the sump. It's really a shame that you can't keep them in larger groups because of conspecific aggression.
