I think they will fit right in w/the mix. The second or thid pic. of the one w/ the really dark face is def. a looker. Good luck and score!
Those are FANTASTIC!!! Nicely done. I've thought about adding a single one to my mix, but my guys may be a little too passive for these guys...Buddy of mine had some wild caught blacks that were stunning. These are right up there with them...

I have some bad news and good news.
The bad news is that I lost one of the Calvus.
I don't know what happened to it. I just found it lying on it's side at the corner of the tank. It's the first casualty of the tank and it's quite depressing.
The good news is that I noticed the largest female cyp was looking odd. Then I realized that she was holding! Her mouth was much larger than usual and her stomach was sunken in.
And the initial Daffodil fry have gotten larger. They're venturing further away from their spawn area. Mom and Pop still guard them really well.
Here's one brave enough to check me out.
Still pretty bummed out about the Calvus though.
