it was a small green sunfish i had it in a bucket for a water change.. the water was dirty in the bucket so i went to dump about a little under half of it out into the toilette to refill with some clean water but the fish had different plans i guess and went for a suicide dive into the toilette he just chilled there at first in the little hole area kind of like a cave with his head sticking out i poked in there a few times with an aquarium net handle he came out of the hole a couple times but i couldn't manage to net it quick enough then i guess i poked it a little too hard one time and it took off down the pipe i didn't actually flush it at first he swam down the pipe but after about 12 hours i realized he wasn't coming back i started using the toilette thus flushing him alive....
