What is the best way to acclimate a brackish (1.010) dat back to fresh?
It's a microlepis
Thanks in advance.

I had to acclimate mine from LFS water (fresh) to my tanks water (1.012). I did it by dripping him for about a half an hour.

Your gonna buy him arent you? Gotta run out and get more chips...

Rally is there a LFS up in Indy selling dats?!

Keep an eye out for my thread in the near future. It's going to be about all of the fish stores from ft wayne to indy.
The fish store that has the dats is in marion. They cut me a slight deal and sell the micros for $30 @3-4"

PM when you get that thread up! Especially if the store has other dats in as well...

No more Dats. Anybody have info on the acclimation thing? The Indiana LF thread will be up by tomorrow night.

Levi, you can set up an extra tank, and I know you have one, with the salinity hes currently in, and slowly acclimate him to FW over time. Is he currenty in truly brackish salinity? You said he was an indo right?
