S scotty1969 Feeder Fish MFK Member Feb 22, 2010 74 0 0 indiana May 19, 2010 #12 I just recently added a SMB to my native tank . this is how i aaclimated him . 1) bring as much water as possible home with the fish 2) then i slowly added a couple of cups of tank water to the new fish temporary home i did this about every ten minutes or so for a couple hours . 3) added the new monster to the tank with some of the water he was in . this worked out well for me , hope this helps
