Nice rays! I did not know there were other specialist ray transshippers in Vancouver operating at the moment. I have imported hundreds of rays to Canada and shipped hundreds to Calgary from Vancouver. I'm sure your rays will be fine. I recommend letting the rays sit for 30 minutes in the tank on arrival to adjust temperature. I usually remove 750 ml of water from a bag and replace with 750 ml of tank water (use a yoghurt container). Repeat three times, 10 minutes between each time. 60 minutes total process time, then release (use net, don't add the dirty bag water to your tank). Are you shipping AC or Westjet? Make sure your shipper uses triple heat packs. You could ask them to heat the rays on arrival in Vancouver for 30 minutes before doing the transship; the heat packs do a much better job keeping bags warm if the bags are already warm. Heat packs on their own won't raise the temperature of cold water bags. Are you rewatering and reoxygenating on arrival in Vancouver? If so, I'd recommend using Seachem Amguard. Good luck!
