Acclimation help

Okay, so i ordered 4 P. Freddies at 4" from Rapps, and they should be arriving either this week or next.

How should i acclimate them?

Could someone give me a step by step process on how to acclimate them to my tank, from bag to their first night?

Put it in a container and use an air tube with a 2 way T valve siphon your tank water into the container and set the valve so it drips. Wait until the water that has dripped in is equal or more than the water it came in. Do a slow drip works best.

Thanks, but i have a few questions:
Should i just dump their water in a big bowl altogether?
What is a two way T-valve?
How will i know when the amount of bag water and the amount of tank water are equal?
Should i turn the tank light off after i put them in the tank?

I just float the bag. Then I add a cup of tank water every 5 minutes. Then after 15 minutes, in they go.

I usually do the float and drop method, but for more valuable and hard to find fish, I'll do the drip method for them.
 
Theres just something about the fish water that the fish comes in that I dont want in my tank. I usually just float the fish. Ive thought about doing the drip method, but then I saw someone write up something and said the drip method isnt as good. Because once the fish bag is opened, oxygen hits the bag and the carbon dioxide is released causing ammonia to spike up and the PH to become unstable. I dont know, it seemed kinda confusing, and its a bit complicated to understand. It confuses me on what the best method is. But I agree, a fish coming in the mail that may be costly, should be acclimated with more care than just floating it.

The tank is definately cycled, i have been keeping a pair of cons and two gouramis in there to keep it cycles till they arrive.

I'll use the drip method.
