Accurate thermometer

Digital thermometers need to be calibrated every few months, or else the probe might need to be changed. It's different for all different kinds so check the instructions that came with it.

you can buy a 1ppm ( parts per million) thermometer from Hart Scientific fro $25000. digital


any digital under $100 is suspect beyond plus minus 1 or 2 degrees

yes....you can even get them in a expanded scale...eg 20 to 120 F etc

I use the good old stick on ones but the only thing I realy hate is that it is hard to read if its in dirrect light it looks like about 3 diff temps are light up lol
