:irked: im tryin to resilicone my 150 and no matter how hard i scrape and rub with acetone theres still a film left where the silicone was. the glass feels clean but its apperent that something is on it still. ive got bloody fingers from pushin the razorblade so hard.

Take a close-up pic if you can and post so we can see it.
If you're not doing so already I'd recommend using INDUSTRIAL razor blades. You can get them at HD or Lowes. Held at a 45 degree angle or less they should not scratch glass.

True. I like Hyde a bit better than Stanley because they seem to hold an edge longer. And they're US made.

Yeah, true. I bought some of the store brand ones once b/c they were out of the good ones and they really suck and break easily. Definitely buy a scraper and good razors. Some pics would help show what you're talking about....

dmopar74, I won't regale you with my thoughts on razor blades :D.

Glass is porous , so if you can't get any residue off with a blade and acetone (you could try M.E.K.) you may be done (if anything is still coming off keep going tho).

If you suspect that a trace of silicone is remaining on the glass, you can use Silicones Unlimited: SU100 - Cured & Uncured Silicone Remover to soften the cured silicone and break its bonds from the glass surface and scratches.
