That would be a cool project. Stack a dozen of them on top of each other and drill the hell out of them. I might do that. Right now I use white pegboard from Lowes and Krylon it black.
You said you had to jump into a dumpster to get these... who in the right mind would throw away all this beautiful treasure? Really, if I found a nice piece of acrylic like the ones you have in an alley and a 100 dollar bill right next to it, I'd take 'em both; but if I had to choose, I would take the plexiglass. =) That's how much its worth these days.
I might be shipping some 2'X18" up to Jersey. You could go halfzies on shipping with him. But I think you are a tad bit too far from Jersey.
