Acrylic Buff Out

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I completely agree. For my 140 gallon tank, it took me 20 hours of work, and $200 worth of electric polisher, sandpaper, novus, towels, etc etc and it still didn't look perfect. I should have spent the $250 to have it professionally done.

20 hours to buff a 140g? thats way over board... lol
did you buy a new buffer or something? lol you can buy
a pack of wet/dry sand paper for few bucks and a power
drill attachment for under 20 and a pack of microfiber
towels for a few bucks also... shouldnt have been more than
$40 tops...

if you want a cheaper alternative to buffing your acrylic tanks
other than novus use car buffing compound. works great just
rinse out well.
