Please help!!??

I am going to try and restore my 300 gallon acrylic tank.
I am going to use Weld On Acrylic Cement. I have been searching through the forums and have come to the conclusion that it is the best (I think).

Here is the thread with the tank in it.

It started leaking towards the end of the thread.

The right seam is bubbled, but I think I am going to go ahead and seal up all 8 seams just in case.

-Which is better? Weld on #4,#10, or #16?
-Is there anywhere to buy this brand that doesn't involve the internet?
-Are they all clear?
-Does anyone have any tips or tricks they want to throw my way?

1. I just used #16 to seal 4 holes in mine and it worked fine.
2. i bought mine from a plastics shop, look up plastic on qwestdex.com and call them. The place I called had them all and applicators.
3. #16 is clear, havent used the others but I am sure they are. Look it up on weld-on website
4. Mine was easy in that I was just sealing a square around a hole so all I did was apply the #16 to the square piece of acrylic and lay it down flat over the hole, press down with a little bit of force for 10 seconds and no bubbles.
