Lowe’s, Home Depot, and Walmart all have it. Get someone from outside CA to buy it and send it to you.

It's probably easier to smuggle drugs into California than methylene chloride.

So far as I know, glass does not cause cancer, and it's the only thing in the state of California for which that seems to be true.
