thanks but im going for something more along the lines as (aquarium for you) craftsmanship cause im going to buy acrylic tank from them as soon as my house get built and save some money up im buying 360gal tank dont want to get poor craftsmanship in my tank

I didn't order it from them. I got it from a private owner who never set it up. i called them the other day also and didn't get a reply back eithier. So I feel your pain. May just want to go with the Mid West Custom... O k as I was typing this reply the rep from tenecor called me at work and helped me with my problem. I got his email for you. It is Tomp@Tenecor.com he said if you use him he will give you a 10% discount! So i hope that helps.
My stand and canopy was custom built by somebody other than MCA. But I give them 5 stars on their tank construction. It's built like a tank.
