I didn't order it from them. I got it from a private owner who never set it up. i called them the other day also and didn't get a reply back eithier. So I feel your pain. May just want to go with the Mid West Custom... O k as I was typing this reply the rep from tenecor called me at work and helped me with my problem. I got his email for you. It is Tomp@Tenecor.com he said if you use him he will give you a 10% discount! So i hope that helps.
