How thick should the acrylic sheets be for fish tanks?

Depends on size of the tank. Large tanks 1/2in and up if tank height is 2ft and taller.

Okay I’m thinking abt doing a 800 gallon that is 2 feet tall and 8 feet long

Not sure if that’s 800g but anything that size think U’d be looking at 1.5in thickness.
