Hey All,
Look for aquarium maintenance companies in your area. Any one that sells and maintains acrylic tanks should be equipped to perform this service. They will probably charge you by the hour and the going rate will vary depending on location. I've done this for a number of folks over the years and have done it as part of the included maintenance for my clients. Of course, when it's my clients it's usually just a small scratch that I will take care of during a regular visit. If you're in Bucks County/Philadelphia area and need this done, send me a pm.

He charges by the job, well at least from what I've experienced.
Just a heads up though cause I've gotta a lot of PMs. Before anyone gets all butt hurt about this, Im just putting it out there to save the headaches.
Him buffing your tank is not for you unless:
- You have a big tank.
- You have a custom built tank that needs a little TLC. Cause getting another unique tank is a fortune.
- If your tank has minor surface scratches
- It is not for you when you send me a PM. Telling me to tell him what you're gonna pay. Thats just straight rude (I feel like I should blast you on the forum but I'm gonna be better than that. You should go dedicate some time into doing it. Maybe after realizing the amount of labor that goes into it. Your arms, hands, joints, etc. would appreciate you spending the cash.)
