I have a 350gallon acrylic tank without a heater and no fish yet that is reading 79.5 degrees. I took the top three lids off to try to see if that helps, any other suggestions?

Sounds like your room temperature goes up pretty high during the day and with the addition of the pumps, it will add a degree or 2. I'm not sure why you are worried about cooling it down, the fish will be fine as long as there is enough aeration in the tank.

Hello; I agree with Rocksor in that the temp should not be a problem for tropicals. I like to have the house open during summer and my tanks can get over 80 degrees F and stay there for extended time. I keep bubblers going all the time. My freshwater tropicals do fine.
Do you have cold water species?

I live in florida and it gets over 100 degrees... I would prefer to keep it between 76-77degrees.. Are there any solutions to bring down the temperature?

Evaporative cooling, they sell some basic aquarium top fans that will help a degree or two.

Air temperature doesn't always equal water temperature, especially with larger tanks and especially with acrylic. I have a garage 55g glass tank, and when it gets 99F in the garage, the tank doesn't go over 87F (and the fish do fine). I would imagine a 350g acrylic would be below 85F easily under the same conditions.

You would be hard press to keep such a large tank 76-77f in the summer without a chiller.

What fish are you planning to keep that its necessary for their survival to keep it that low? Sub-tropical fish?
