well ill have to say, i dont know if it is the most unsafe cause i have never been rob, i think the most unsafe is manta, guayaquil its for me the best city of ecuador, it have extremely nice view, the city its the biggest of ecuador but still have poor neighboardhoods, but people(even i before) those big places were also part of the city. i think it is not unsafe cause i have never heard of my friends here getting rob, in the news yes, but is the 10% of NY daily crime
