So i put in two fish into my cycled 55 gal marine tank. A Toby Hawaiian Puffer and a Longnose Hawkfish, not sure if they are eating or not but i have been attempting to feed them some freeze dried krill...what else could i try?...My live rock have alot of bugs and plants growing on them could they not be eating because they are eating those things? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

How long they been in there? If its only been a few days i wouldnt be worried. Try brine shrimp, mysis, ghost shrimp. The puffer could be picking at rocks but i doubt you have enough creatures in there for the hawk.

the hawk ate some plankton today...the puffer hasn't eaten at all infront of me though

may be try some ghost shrimp but not alot, they aren't too good for SW fish. just to get him started eating, or snails or clams would be good too.
