If you have good filtration and change weekly part of water, you can add pair without any problems. Just prepare for them some hiding places in shape of tube.
 
Ya I'm running 2 AC110s and a 125 gallon sponge filter. Do a 40 gallon change once a week generally though sometimes I get behind.
 
I'd recommend the Regani pair for bio load. I think you are pretty well stocked. The cyclostoma can be rough on each other if you try to pair them and you'll have to get a group. You're pushing that with your bio load. Regani pair very easily from my experience. Given your tankmates and size of tank, I'd recommend dwarfs. If you move the Severums out, you can get the larger species.
