Adding Congo Tetras to a Ctenopoma Tank

I dont have congos, but my school of 15 colombian tetra is now all male after my last female passed and they still chase a bit but the fights for dominance have stopped.

Thanks! I am hoping that will be the case with congo tetras as well. Remove the reason and they no longer need a pecking order.
